House of Creasip is a Remote-First agency. This means you have the flexibility to work from wherever you are most productive. We use digital collaboration tools to stay connected, though we do occasionally organize team meetups and creator events.
We look for a mix of data-driven decision-making and creative storytelling. Ideally, you should have experience managing brand-creator relationships, a deep understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and the ability to track ROI for influencer campaigns.
Absolutely. We believe the best talent often comes from digital natives. We offer Management Trainee programs and Junior Associate roles where you can learn the ropes of influencer marketing from the ground up while working on real-world global campaigns.
Influencer marketing never sleeps, but our team does! We promote a results-oriented work environment. As long as your campaigns are thriving and your deadlines are met, we encourage flexible hours to ensure you have time to recharge your creative batteries.
We value efficiency. Once you submit your application:
- Initial Screening: 2–3 days.
